Throttle Body Replace??

Throttle Body Replace??

Went to the Nissan service today and was told my throttle body is bad.This is a 2006 max btw. Going to cost me almost a 1000$.If i replace my throttle body myself is there anyway to relearn the ECM or should i take it in to the dealer.Any help would be awesome,Thanks

Yes I belive there is an ECM relearn routine you can do yourself.

There's also a throttle position sensor relearn procedure too. Not sure where that one is.

Thanks man, I tried it and it still didn't fix the problem but at least i now know how to do the reset.

describe your problems and any codes you have. If you don't know what codes you have and can still drive your car, go to autozone and have them pull the codes for you. Orileys also pulls codes for free. Post them up here, also if you have your receipt from Nissan with the description then retype them for us maybe we can help a bit more.
