07 radio install

I searched and found lots of info about 04-06's, but I didn't come across any 07 radio installs.
I have the 07 non Bose and want to put a double din touchscreen and some speakers in it. Are there any wiring diagrams for it? Are the current speakers powered by the head unit or do I have to dig out some factory amps? Has anyone kept their steering wheel controls? And does replacing the factory head unit cause anything else on the console to quit working?

Lots of questions I guess. Any help is appreciated

OK, I found a little info on crutchfield for those interested. First, you need the Axxess NIRD-01 interface module to retain bluetooth and the information display. I don't have bluetooth, and i just figured out that I have the information display so I wouldn't cry if I lost it but I would miss the clock.

What I can't figure out is if the Axxess NIRD-01 makes the steering wheel controls work. I would like the steering wheel controls to continue working

the axxess nird-01 will not keet the steering wheel control. you will have to purchase the aswc-1 to keep steering will control.

if you go on that website they have direction on how to install it yourself. i bought mine from ebay for about $40 or so.

I"m pretty much doing the same thing you're doing but i'm adding few things to mine. xm satellite radio tuner for my pioneer indash and back up camera. i'm just waiting for my axxess nird-01. right. i have everything else.
good luck.

The FSM has the wiring diagram.

See page 11 for a block diagram and scroll down to pages 14 & 15 for the actual wiring diagram.
