Tune up advice needed

I'm sure this has been discussed before, probably numerous times but a search yielded nothing for me, admittedly I'm terrible at using the search function but never the less.

I have an 07 SE with 107k miles on it and am needing to do a tune up. I've found a barrage of coil packs, spark plugs and gaskets on different sites which has done nothing but left me confused about what I should get. I'm also going to do a transmission fluid flush and change which I know I need k-matic fluid for.

My question is what do I need to do this tune up properly? What's your opinion of what's the best equipment hardware wise to get this done and have my car running it's best.

TIA,

Clay

Use OEM Coils and plugs. Platinum or iridium lazer cut.

Why are you changing your coils? Just install OEM plugs and PCV valve

No real reason on changing the coils, that was part of my confusion. Thanks for the advice.

Only change out coilpacks as they go bad. And if you do, get them from the junkyard. I wouldn't go with aftermarket ****. For spark plugs, use the proper gap your FSM states. Don't use a coin gapper, get the actual spark plug gauge. Also, I recommend getting a "Battery Tender Plus," if your trying to maintain a good battery charge. I pray to the manufacturers of that wonderful device every night before I sleep
