I recently bought 2 led light bars that I would like to mount to the front of my ride. I have an 07 canadian maxima. I want to know if I connect them to the DRLs will they go off once the headlight turns on? I want them always on. I was thinking about wiring them to the fogs, but then the fogs always have to be on.
Is it hard to wire it to let's say the cigarette lighter jack so I can make a switch in the car? What do you reccomend?

If you are good at wiring. Just run a wire from the battery to a switch in the car, from the switch to the LED, then LED to battery again.

Very simple are works great. Have done this on my old truck and many sxs.

Hardest part is finding a hole in the firewall for the wires to go into the cab.
