I have a 2006 Nissan Maxima and it shifts pretty rough into 2nd. It also downshifts rough. I had my codes pulled and only code I got was p1800, not related to transmission. I did a little research and found out about the drop resistor. I found the part online but can't find where it is located on the vehicle to replace it. Called a local Nissan dealer and they don't seem to know what the part is and they told me the part I found online doesn't fit my vehicle. Anyone have experience with replacing this or know where it's located?
