Altenator symptoms ???

Hi guys,
My 04 max started to fail sensors...
I accelerate the gas and cranck shaft sensor failed... It was replaced.
The few days again I accelerate the gas and cam shaft sensor failed . the another sensor failed next to cam shaft sensor..
Now when I accelerate the gas harder again, it pop up the abs, break light and battery light.
Abs light went off after few seconds but break and battery light is still on. I have this altenator replaced 1 year ago after market.
I been reading altenator symptoms and I think it might be altenator going bad.
Can altenator fail other electronic parts ?
Thanks

if the voltage created by the alternator is too high, yes.

The brake and battery lights on together mean the alternator is not charging. You can confirm this by taking your voltmeter and measuring the voltage while the engine is running. the reading should be between 14.0 and 14.5 volts.
