P1800 with P0420 codes

DTC P1800 is the code for the VIAS solenoid located on the front of the intake manifold. Mine was removed, so by hooking it up, it cleared that code. If yours is hooked up, it may be bad.
DTC P0420 is the code for the rear cat operating below threshold. The front and rear O2 sensors are compared by the ecu and if the cat is not working correctly, it triggers this code. I have had this code intermittently. I would first clear the codes and see how long it takes for them to return and then go from there depending on the outcome.
