Codes P0100/P1335/P1336 - Solved

Hi,
I thought it will be helpful to some if I share my experience. A couple of weeks back i went through high water in a heavy rain (mainly passenger side). Right after that i started having really long cranks before car starts, and after 1 week i got P1336 code (crankshaft position sensor REF).
I went and bought a cheap aftermarket one from ebay for 17$, and the starting became better, but than 2 other codes appeared - P0100 and P1335.
I replaced the crankshaft position sensor POS (dorman) and the MAF (junkyard), but the codes would not go away and the car will not go over 2500rpm.
After a couple of ECM resets, i got again P1336 with P0100. I felt weird that all sensors went bad in the same time, so took a multimeter and start following the FSM. While doing that, i have decided to test the OEM crankshaft sensor (REF), and found out it is good. I switched it back and all issues were gone.
So it's kind of weird that the POS one was bad, but the code came for REF, but i am happy issue was fixed.
Hope it will help someone :-)
