P03030 Engine code

Last night my car started acting up out of nowhere. Its shaking at low RPM, has very little throttle, and the check engine light came on. I went to Autozone today to have it scanned and it came up with Code P03030. I was told it is a misfire in the 3rd cylinder, most likely because of a bad ignition coil. Anybody ever have experience with this engine code? Was this the fix? I did change my spark plugs about 15,000 miles ago and there does not seem to be any vacuum leaks.

Could be an injector too. You have to test the coil first and make sure it's not bad.

Computer is saying that there is a misfire on cylinder #3. There could be several problems the most likely is either the coil or spark plug (you could have cracked the plug during installation), bad injector or low cylinder pressure. Without thousands of dollars of equipment you can only change the coil and plug and hope that it corrects the issue. Be sure and use only OEM plugs. If you used another brand or type of plug 15,000 ago, be sure and change OEM type at this time. Good luck
