One of the downstream o2 sensors is reading that I have a bad heating element. I've replaced it three times and nothing has changed. My plan is to pull the o2 sensor and to check the heating element for 12A. I figured that if it does read 12A that i have a problem with the ECU and if it doesn't that there is a problem with the wiring and I will have to trace the wire for a cut or a short or something. Any tips or anyone ever have this issue before?
