The fan motor itself is likely dead. I don't know for certain if there's an independent fuse for just the fan, in that it is likely part of other electrical components that would also be out if the fuse was gone but I'd at least check that out first. Manual should tell you exactly which fuse protects the fan blower.

There is a fuse, but there is also a power transistor for the fan motor. All 3 need to be checked. Download the FSM and go through the electric diagram step by step with the multimeter, looking for 12V AND ground all the way. If you have 12V at the motor, but no ground, it would still not work.
