Augh. Its hot. My fan for the A/C went out. I can hear the air vents open and close, hear a/c kick on, even feel cold air if I drive fast enough with the vent open to the outside air!

What can I check? Did this happen to anyone else? I can't find a fuse for just the "fan". btw, I have the auto climate a/c in my car.

This is the same thing that happened on my sister's boyfriend's Saab convertible. Probably a fuse.

Take it to a regular auto shop and ask them to check out your blower/blower fuse . They should be able to check it out and tell you whats wrong with it for free.

Mine went twice at 26K miles.
Covered under warranty.
I think they have to pull the center of the dash off to replace it.

Bummer its something to do with a altinator for the blower. They didn't have the part, and gonna take about two weeks before I have it fixed. Augh. At least it's only $230

Wrong answer. When the resistor goes bad, the blower motor still works but only on high speed.
