Power Steering Problem

When my 07 is first started up in the morning, the power steering is jumpy and difficult to turn the steering wheel.Once I start to drive the problem goes away quickly. I do know there is a small power steering fluid leak, it drips down below the front bumper in front of the passenger wheel. I keep the fluid level topped up though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The belt that runs the pump may need tightening. Classic symptom - belt slips when cold. If it is the original belt, it probably is overdue for replacement.
