So I've tried many times but I cannot get this thing to work. Here are the steps that I took

Make sure the engine is at operating temp, reduce all electrical load.
turn to on for 3 sec, then off for 10 sec
turn to on for 3 sec, then off for 10 sec
turn to on for 3 sec, then off for 10 sec
turn to on for 3 sec, fully press and let go accelerator pedal 5 times, then wait few seconds and hold it down for 20 sec

I haven't been able to get the service light to blink at all. what am I doing wrong?

not gonna lie, I have thw same issue as you. flippling light wont blink

I finally got it to work after looking at this video. I had to get out my stopwatch and follow the time on it to get it to work.
I guess I was just counting wrong
