Hey I’m new here, just trying to help a friend out. I see that RacingLine Performance used to make High Flow Pre Cats as a drop in upgrade, but it seems they are no longer in business... so my question is, would I be able to knock out the pre cats and then just install o2 sims to trick the ECM to think the cats are still there?

Im new here dont know what if im doing it right but i live in california got an 05 max thats giving me the bank 1 code did my homework on it just too expensive just for 1 cat to replaced when surely the others will go out so my question is how do i eliminate the cats all together or what do i do
