Can slow crank no start mean bad timing chain ?

My car died and threw codes for cam shaft position sensor and crank shaft sensor , i replaced the bank 2 sensor as it called and it started right up ran fine , cleared the codes and non came back , then it just died on the highway i thought maybe low on gas as it was the first time it died 2 but when i added more gas it started and i drove home however that didn't work, so i replaced the other sensor as well and still mow start. In going to order Hitachi sensors as i had put some used ones from the grab and go yard the first time but the thing that's throwing me off is how slow it is cranking. Its at like half the normal speed. Or can the crank and cam sensors also cause a slower crank ? Battery is 100% and all terminals are clean , i can hear the fuel pump turn on. Any more suggestions besides replacing the sensors before i bring it to a shop ?
