Tail lights won't work as well as front passenger blinker. All bulbs are good as are the fuses. What can I check now?

Appreciate it. I found the problem. One set of wires came unplugged must have happened when I removed the dash. Was some that I didn't touch must have caught on something when I was pulling the dash out. Thanks for the info.
