Please Please HELP ME,...

I'm new to this website and need someone to please help me with an on going situation. Let me explain, I've gotten a 06 Maxima SE with 185,000 miles on it. Now it was bought brand new from the dealership by my mother and she has recently giving it to me. As far as I know she has keep up with the normal pm on the car, so whenever I first started to drive the vechile there was a slight vibration ONLY when accelerating. Whenever you remove your foot from the gas petal the vibration stops, that was 3 months ago and now I can't put a baby in this car in fear of shaking baby syndrome. At around 40 to 60 mph it will shake the heck out of you until you release the gas pedal then it stops all together. I've been told by AutoZone and Advanced that it most likely was a CV Axle. But both axles ain't making any noises whenever I turn only thing is the outer boots on both sides are broken open. Now the newest problem is Bank 1 Catalytic Converter is throwing a code and I'm wanting to just remove it. Is that a hard removal? Also does this vechile have Spark Plugs? I know my mother had replaced several coil packs and I'm not 100% sure if it even has them anyways....Please help me, ANY INFORMATION WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED..

Yes, these cars have spark plugs and coil packs. They are not great cars over 100,000 miles as compared to a Toyota. Sounds like yours is turning into a money pit. You need to pay a real mechanic to diagnose your issues.

Is it a shake, a vibration or a wobble? Could be warped tire(s) worn wheel bearing, wheels needing balancing
any lights on the dash?

how are your tires? sometimes worn tires also make the wheel start shacking past 50 mph
