Yesterday, I found exactly what you're looking for. They are in space B-17 at AAA Crain's auto salvage in Fort Worth, TX.

They do remove parts for an additional fee. They presumably ship as well. It won't be cheap, but they are in good condition. The trim is in the trunk of that car.

As you can see, it obviously has Elite Package seats in black.
You will more than likely need the front console as well, since it appears to be a special configuration unique to the Elite Package. The front and rear consoles fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.
I would recommend you drive the 1200 miles or so to Ft. Worth and haul them back yourself rather then ship.
