Going to keep it short.....started car ran for 10 seconds and died, wont restart. Security light stay solid red with key on, radiator fans constantly run with key on. No power to fuel pump. Alarm still sounds if armed and open door. No check engine light...connect obd2 scan tool and says failure to communicate. Had lock smith come out, key transponder is still good but he wasnt able to reprogram due to obd2 communication failure. Was able to communicate with bcm though. Do i have a bad ecu???

 

The ECM relay integrated into the IPDM is probably bad. Power to it is supplied by a 15a fuse in the IPDM unit. I suspect either of these two.
