Fuel gauge stuck after battery change

A shot in the dark but try a magnet at the gage indicator to see if it moves.

I’ve got the same issue. Im going by the distance to E at this point.

Used a strong magnet 50lbs holding power you'll need 2pcs, remove gauge cluster top cover, slide magnet up & down around the fuel gauge it should start to move the needle and used second magnet to bring the needle the rest of the way!
