All I have left of the 2012 Maxima is a set of 4 OEM black rubber mats. Part # 999E1-MV000BK. These mats sell for $110.00 or more retail and I understand they will fit 2010-2014 Maximas but please check with dealer. The mats are ribbed and the fronts have the word MAXIMA imbedded on the outer edge.
