Thanks for the comments guys.. we appreciate it. The wheels on there were not the planned choice, we had some issues with fitment, there was some confusion, and the intended wheels didn't clear the AP Racing BBK.

So let's here your thoughts on the intended wheels.. (yes, they aren't Volks, we didn't plan for that, but do want to hear your honest feedback.. )

The original wheels were Marcello MT-02.. in the same color configuration, black face with machined lip:

Sorry.. wasn't intending to ignore your question. These urethane parts should be available first thing next week.

- Lip Spoiler
- Side Rockers (Skirts)
- Roof Wing
- Rear Wing

We may come back and look at a rear treatment, but nothing is planned at this exact moment.

those rims are definately better, i like them, deep and thick 5 spokes, black w/ the chrome lip/dish would be a beauty, but they dont fit huh? damn that sucks, what sizes does the maxima fit?

I'm sorry.. it's not that they just don't fit.. there was some confusion on the specs and they were built wrong. These wheels absolutely fit the Maxima, in both a 20" and 22".. we were strapped for time with SEMA, and didn't have time...

Oh yes those rims are defintely much sweeter.......are there any plans to change out the rims? And what size have you planned on hooking the sweet MAX up with. I like to see the MAX with as many different rim combinations as possible to see how many different looks it could have.

At this very moment I am like a kid on Christmas Eve because I just checked the DHL site and my new rims are finally in town all the way from Florida and will be delivered sometime later in the afternoon. I went with a set of 20x9" Vossen VVS 078 Black Machined rims...........I can't wait!!!

I can't wait to see what else Stillen has in store for this sweet ride and I am sure as soon as your upgrades become available I will be hooking up my ride!!!! PLEASE keep up the good work!

Nice! Those are kinda mobster? With the offset of the Maxima, how much lip are they able to pull off?

I'm thinking based upon your responses to the current wheels, and our original plans, we should probably consider going back to the original renderings and plans, especially as we lock in the magazine features.. I'll happily take votes from you guys..

I will no for sure how much lip is really there when they get here later today...ahhhhh I can't wait, but the rep informed me that on the 20x9" rim there is a 2 1/5 lip all around. I could have went with the staggered 20x10 rear tire with 4" lip but I did not want to deal with issues when it comes rotating tires, so I was fine with the all around uniformed look!

Not to mention the haters who will come out of the woodwork and grille you on the decision to go with a staggered look on a FWD car.. despite the fact that the car has a larger rear which would look the part with a staggered setup.

I see both sides.. it's just what you're going for..

I hope they won't grille me since I did NOT go with the staggered look. I decided to go with 20x9" all around, so I would not have any issues when it comes time to rotate tires.......I seriously thought about it though but when I did some research and reading I found that there was more hassle when it comes to basic maintenece with tires than I wanted to deal with.

I have got my jack and jack stands all ready for the rim upgrade in my garage and I am just waiting for my door bell to ring with a big yellow and red DHL truck to be in my driveway. I will only be able to keep the rims on for a little while because of the weather turning crappy here in Missouri but that is why I am going to keep my stock rims!

Hey guys, what exactly is "staggered"? I'm assuming it's when the rear has a deeper dish than the front wheels? I believe this does look nice aswell but what are the advantages/disadvantages of having staggered? Thanks in advance.

Staggered means the rear wheels are wider than the front. Typical applications you see is the 350Z / G35, which comes from the factory with a wider rear wheel, giving you the ability to run a larger width tire, and more tread on the ground can improve traction.

Advantages: Traction, wider tire patch, aggressive look, larger lip is possible if wheel style has one

Disadvantages: Could only rotate tires of the same size, counter that with most high performance tires being directional, meaning you can't rotate the tires without removing them from the wheels; Too wide/large of an aftermarket wheel can rub

For example, I run a 20x8.5 in the front, with 245/35/20's.. and a 20x10 in the rear, with 275/30/20.. I ran 285/30/20's (pictured) and had slight rear rubbing issues

The body kit is perfect. love the drop. You know, everything about the 7th Gen Max says aggressive except for that damn CVT. Can't forgive Nissan for that one.

staggered can either be the two front rims or rear rims are wider than the other... you will probebly only see a front stagger at a drag strip....... purpose of staggering was to give rear wheel drive vehicles more traction (but most do it fo looks) not really any disadvantages other than the fact that if u do too wide of a staggered u'll rub greatly or making both tires look like the same profile but ppl got that down packed.......... us FWD cars just jack the swag because it's beautiful, im buying two extra rims to go staggered also...

These wheels are far better than the ones you have on the Maxima now and that horrendous paint scheme has got to go, it makes the Max look dreadful.

The bodykit is really nice and neat (almost factorylike) appearance but I just can't get past that horrible color scheme.

Thanks, I'll be buying the bodykit sometime soon.

I thought the paint scheme was pretty cool.
I appreciate you for being so daring.
My SV is Comp Gray and I had wondered what a blacked out hoood and roof would look like. I really like the blacked out chrome trim and color matched door handles.
Congrats, I love it and appreciate Stillen thinking of the New Max owners!

Fire.

Edit: Those decals... well @ least the STILLEN one is the one that sticks out of the group. Placement is everything.

outstanding job guys! Not really the wheels I would have chosen, but they work with the car better than I'd imagine. I'm loving the 7th gen more and more now!

Are the side skirts taller than the stock ones (a.k.a. closer to the ground)? That would be the main deciding factor for me. I can kind of tell from the pics they are but I need confirmation please. Thanks!
