I like the rims man! They match the car well. Keep going with your plans, don't listen to that weird cat who keeps showing up in every thread telling people to spend 1000's more on modifications than is really needed. You can tell some people buy mods for themselves and some buy them solely to try to impress other people. Do You.

thats a nice looking wheel. is your car lowered? I'm looking at wheels myself. IMO 20's look the best and are more functional with a drop

IMO wheel size really depends on if you plan to lower the car and how much. whether 20" or 22" you will probably want it lower than stock, 22" with no drop wont look good. If you want to go low then I'd say go 20" maximum. Either way, I'd suggest checking out pics of other cars and do research b4 you buy your wheels.

RKIng21, those Giovannas look sick. 20 in with a drop will look nasty (in a good way).

Ok I searched the whole 27 pages and couldnt see any 21" wheels. I personally feel the 22" are a tad too big, but 20's are a bit too small....I need a compromise. Im sure 21" tires are probably more expensive.

Lookin Staggerd

MOZ wheels are hot right now. If your really into standing out, custom painting wheels will do it.
Is there anyone out there that can give me a suggestion or two on staggering my 2010 SV. I currently have 22's but the dealer that sold me my car thought it would be cool to put the same wheels on some other max's on the lot. I really like how BMW set their wheels but thats about it. Is it possible for the max to get this look?

You can stagger these cars, D-Street Altima staggered his awhile back with Vossen CV1's. I personally wouldn't, but I think it does look really good, and from what I hear there really is no negative effect from it.

you should be ok with an offset of +40 to +45. if you got 22x8.5 you could go higher like +35. they should know what offset you need though.

So what exactly is offset referring to tho, cuz I thought it was part of the 22x9 like like would be the offset but I'm completely wrong. So what does the 40 correlate to?

In short form. The offset determines how far the wheel sticks out from the mounting surface. Lower offset means they'll stick out further, higher offset vice versa. Too low of an offset and the wheels will stick out past the fender.

Here's a more technical explanation...

u can go to www.wheelsnext.com they have a 'rims visualizer' section where you can uplaod a side profile pic of your car then apply the selected wheels to see how it would look. its pretty cool, kinda like photoshop

that rim visualizer doesnt do much. this one is SO much better :

http://www.autowaretech3.net/nextwhe...rfplustire.htm

You can tint it, lower it, spin the wheels, has tons of authentic rims, great great great visualizer!
