BBmaxi, those are the right sizes, I purchased new tires last week.

Kmoney, im actaully get either a 10 to 15mm spacer to make the rears flush, originally that was the tire size on the rim and they had no threads so I just bought the same size that was on there.

The tires are toyo extensa hp!

The front tires just barely make it by the inner wheel well when you turn the wheel all the way. I think the 22" with 255 have a higher center of gravity and that might be why they rub a little.

New tires for the RIMS!

I finally upgraded my tires on my 2011 MAX! Went from Falken 452 setup....which lasted for 43,000 on my 2009 and now on the new ride it was starting to vibrate and pull to the right really bad do to uneven wear and they were really loud....now for the NEW Michelin Pilot Super Sport 255/35/20 tires that have massive grip and are quiet as can be!!! With the MAX lowered and new sticky rubber.....man the ride is phenomenal!!!

Will these rims fit?

So I just bought an '11 maxima 2 weeks ago and I am looking at getting rims for it. I found a set of wheels/tires I'm intereted in locally, however I'm not sure if they will fit.

Would 19x9.5 with a +40 mm offset work? If so what size tires would I need for clearance? Its currently sitting at stock ride hight, not sure if I'm going to lower it or not due to the amount of commuting I do.

The same wheels come in a 19x8, but buying them off my local craigslist with tires will save a good chunk of money.

Thanks in advance.
