i hear like a squeek or something when i go over a speed bump looking to see if there is a recall cause i see quite a few 7th gen max owners r having this same problem

Little help before I buy

I'm about to pickup some 20'' wheels for my 2011 Maxima. It is super black and with the black exterior I really like the look of black rims with thick mirror lip. The goal is to keep price down. Under $200 each. So here's the list of wheels that I'm considering. They all look very similar and are closely priced. I wanted feedback from you guys on which ones look the best. Another important part, I'm unfamiliar with these manufacturers so are there any that are of better quality? Let me know what you think.

for 200 a piece you arent gonna get the greatest quality. be aware of wheels with stainless steel lips without clear coat. i had some on my last car and after a few months the lips looked very dull with water spots that were impossible to remove. and i found several people with the same problem.

Normally I am a huge fan of aftermarket wheels....its the first thing i look at when I get a new car...However I have an 09 SV Sports Package and I must say I love the stock 19"s. I really do not like a lot of the styles that are out there other than styles like the BBS LMs or the RS-GTs or Enkei RPF1...call me nuts lol

I like them all. Each is a 5 spoke yet they are all quite different. If I had to pick one I'd probably go with #3. Just my personal tastes though.

Thoughts on these?

I am still leaning towards a black rim with lots of spokes and a thick mirror lip. But, I stumbled upon these Lenso Euro Style 7 wheels that caught my eye. Very unique, what do you guys think?

Can't seem to find the Manage Attachments button so here is a link.

Halfway down the page in this 2nd link they are fitted on a black Lexus

Brooooo... You make me feel so guilty for not getting a white Maxima. This Max is hands down amazing. You must get a lot of stares. How often do you drive this machine?

I wouldn't get 19 inch rims if I were you. Tires are expensive because they are not that common. I'm getting rims this spring and was thinking of getting 19 inch too but every retail rim store here in NJ suggest getting 20 inch because tires for those sizes are common and cheaper. My buddy in college has 19 inch aftermarket rims and he damaged both rim and tire on the right side because he ran over a bad pot hole. Repairing the rims wasn't expensive but getting 2 new tires cost more than the rim repair. He told he regrets getting 19's.

yea thats what i was seeing but i don't want a bigger wheel because all the wheels i want come in 19's and 20' imo are to big but thats probably cuz I'm used to smaller wheel wells

Nice looking Maxima. Those tires, what made you go for the 255 instead of the 245?

Thanks for the compliment. As to the tire size choice: I wanted something a little wider and taller than what I have seen previously on the 245. Granted it is not that large of a margin of differenc between the 2 but I like the 255 better.
