Never heard of this. Are you sure that your cellphone settings aren't set up to do this automatically? The Bluetooth system in the Max doesn't possess the capability to automatically answer calls or switch them over.

Is it possible your phone settings were somehow accidentally hit or set up for 3 way calling?

yeah make sure your AUTO ANSWER is turned off on your phone....because i know my phone has that feature if i connect it to my bluetooth is answers the phone automatically but doesn't if i turn it off.....if im on another call or not...does the same thing..

i have a HTC Touch Diamond (windows mobile) in case you wanted that info...

I have a different problem with mine. Sometimes the car starts randomly dialing numbers. My old phone did it and the new phone did it as well. So I blame it on the cars bluetooth.

I've had two paired to my Maxi...The first was a Treo 700w and the latest a Samsung Saga...neither have exhibited either problem reported. Butt dialing yes...random dialing or auto answering a second call...no!
