Hey everyone...just picked up my 2011 SV in Super Black...I had a 2010 Mystic Jade and at first i Didnt like it all that much it just didnt have wat some of the other colors have IMO...It grew on me after a while but not enough to make me want to trade it in for either a Winter Frost, Super Black, or Brilliant Silver...I have had a few black cars and I know how hard it is to keep it clean and how easy it is to keep silver clean, I had a Silver 2004 Mustang GT, it was awesome...and I had sooo much fun driving that thing, 5 speed straight pipe sounded sick...but this Maxima just has so much more to offer, and it is much more reliable esp come winter time here in NY...I wanted the Sport package so White was outa the question cause the only way I would get white is with the black glass roof and they only come in the premium package...I have had this Black Max for about a month now and I am loving every second of it just keeping me busy washing and waxing it...also my mystic jade didnt have the tech package only the cold weather so now not only did I get the color I wanted I also got it fulllly loaded....I couldnt be happier with my Ride...

Ya same by me I have seen maybe 3 sports in black and i saw a silver one once....Alot of Base SVs and alot of Premiums in White....

I was looking for used and had it narrowed down to a Dark Slate 2009 SV or Mystic Jade 2010 SV Sport w/ nav. Was bummed that I couldn't get the Dark Slate with extended options but when I got to the dealer and saw the Mystic Jade in person, it took all the disappointment away.

09 SV sport radiant Silver, bought it used 6 months ago with 11000 miles on it. Beautiful color, real easy to keep clean. Would of went with white if I could find one. Silver was second choice. My favorite color for the Max was the one I had with my 2000 GLE, called Mahogony Pearl. When it was all polished up sitting in the sun it gave off copper highlights. If the 7th gen came with that color I would of got that.

Color of my Max!!!
I have a 2011 Tuscan Red Maxima S. Love the color especially when the sun hits it when it's freshly washed with the dark tints. Had it for 5 months and just install LED strips... Looks sick in the day and at night especially with my 8000K HIDS

Radiant Silver here, The Maxima and my Silverado. Silver is the best color I've found for hiding dust and light dirt. White is also good. I keep the vehicles clean but My driveway is 1/3 of a mile long gravel and dirt and ya just can't wash them every time you leave the house ;>)

Actually as mentioned, certian colors were not available when the initial POLL was issued.
Also with the new 2012 the Java BROWN color, last place is well assured. (no offence to those owners.)

Yep, Crimson Black it is!
The actual metal flake composition of this paint upon careful inspection (in proper condition) reveals a multitude of various colors.
Depending on.....
1) Coud cover,
2) Direct/undirect sunlight,
3) Artificial lighting (garage) etc... it has been noted my vehicle is chameleon in color.
I have had complements of EggPlant/Purple, Black, Dark Red, and Redish/brown for color.
The actual metal flake composition of this paint upon careful inspection (in proper condition) reveals a multitude of various colors.

A MAACO paint job is not too expensive. But a REAL paint job, including proper prepping, using top quality materials, getting to all spots such as inside the doors, trunk, hood, etc, and not getting the paint anywhere it is not supposed to be, could cost several thousand.
I think nobody should consider putting anything but a top quality paint job on a car in the 7th gen Maxima's price bracket.
