Nissan forgot to add the pause button for the CD? Are you sure you're not overlooking the pause button?

I have not seen a button marked 'pause', and I don't recall seeing a 'pause' option mentioned when I read through the manuals last January. Of course the Owner's Manual is over 400 pages long, and the Navi Manual is over 200 pages long, and there are several other manuals that come with the car. After reading through all those manuals, I felt like I was ready for my Masters dissertation. But I have since forgotten much of what I read; old age will do that.

It's it on the touch screen? I usually listen to my iPod, and on the screen is a pause/play button.

I agree there's not a physical button.

I have no CDs in my car because I loaded them onto the Music Box, so don't know if there is a 'PAUSE' option on the screen when playing a CD. But I specifically looked today, and could find no way to pause anything when playing music from the Music Box.

Was cruising in the Z and passed by my dealership and he had a few 10 Sports, I took some pics with my camera phone. One sorta shows the difference in the "19 Aluminum Light Hyper Wheels"

Hey,

I can't access the pics because I don't have Verizon. Could you try to post them on the website if possible?

Thanks

I just drove a 2010 Slate Grey/Charcoal Maxima home yesterday. It has everthing in it (Premium + Tech) and it looks like its going to take quite some time to learn how everything works. Having had it for one day now I really like this car.

Some earlier posts spoke about the bluetooth feature. For whats its worth the salesman that sold me the car said Nissan is including that in all of its 2010 cars.

I waited for a 2010 because of the screen resolution in the Nav display. It is much improved on the 2009. I also wanted the flexibilty that the usb gave to play any MP3 player or a usb drive.

Some were upset that the 2009 did not have these features. I compare it to buying a computer. If you wait to buy one with all the latest features you will have to go without for a long time. There will always be something coming out later that you will want.

I am sure that there will be somethings in next year's Maxima that I would have wanted. I chose not to wait another year. I was lucky that my timeframe to buy coincided with the release of the 2010's.

I am very happy so far having owned the car for a day. I still have a 2007 Maxima on the road and this car blows the older model away.

Baker714, welcome aboard. I came from an 07 Max which I really loved, but the 09 I bought, what can I say. I have to agree. It really IS a generation ahead of the previous one. The biggest change that took me a bit to get used to was the turning radius. The 09 will do what the 07 couldn't without stopping backing up and turning again. Also feels alot more sturdy. I would assume between the 09 and the 10, they didn't change any of that. Seems like more cosmetic and electronics toy changes. 14 months later, I'm still HAPPY and satisfied with my car and haven't regretted buying it once.

I too came from an 07 red beauty to an 09 batmobile and I can't say enough about how wonderful this thing is. Just a pleasure to drive and a sexy body to look at.

celliott82 - The ORG also welcomes those with an obviously astute eye. Welcome!

Does anyone have a pic of a Ocean Gray on here? Called the dealer on Monday she states they have one on the lot. When I get to Nissan it's a Precision Gray and not Ocean! They show me a picture from a magazine but can't really see the true color in the pic.

Precision Gray is a 2009 color (not available on the 2010), while Ocean Gray is a 2010 color (not available on the 2009). Those two colors sort of look the same to me, but some folks may be able to tell them apart.
