what it the forums' opinion on which is the fastes mode?
D, DS, or Paddles Shifters.
I initially thought DS, but now im thinking D. DS is fun and has better accelaration compared to D. But D i think is raw powers due to continously revving at max

yea D is the fastest, DS and the paddle shifts are just fun

 

To me I think "D" is only faster when you are initially accelerating (from standstill/takeoff) but IMO "DS" is a Rabid Cheetah when on the move and accelerating already at anything above 40 mph.

So for me "DS" is faster-just not at launch and it is also the most fun too

 

Yep. All else equal, from launch, a tranny that doesn't shift (the D option) will always beat a tranny that shifts (all other options), even if the shifts are actually fake shifts. But once the car is moving right along, the situation changes, and the skill of the driver in choosing and handling gear options becomes a key factor.
