things are good except for the suckass RSA tires (wet roads) that tried to kick the rear end around on me recently. Should be getting the suspension noise fixed this week (TSB, even though my car was out of range) My car gets multiple double takes daily still, which is nice.

I'm still taking my car to Tail of the Dragon next month. Best time you'll ever have in a car...for those who like to drive the twisties

Maybe I'll make you give me a ride at Lincoln Tech (I assume you will be there)

If you are financing yours and actually intend on keeping it YES! If you plan on getting bored and moving on but do alot of driving YES! I wont need the extended warranty because at this point I only have 3000k miles and every repair is under warranty and besides its a lease.

two years? damn! I'm going to hit that in one year. I blame the NYC guys for having so many meets and my trips over there (granted, not lately though )

Yeah, for now its the hang out and weekend car. Starting September the wife will also drive it to and from work about 30 miles daily. It will start adding up then.

I just bought a used 09 Max SV with 15,500 miles about a month ago, at 16,000 now. Loving the car, such a step up from my 98 honda prelude.. except for the handling. Its such a beautiful car, I find myself making reasons to go in the garage so I can look at it lol

i hit 30k myself two weeks ago. word of advice, if you take ur car to the dealer for your big 30k service, be expecting $500 n change and about 4hrs wait. to save urself about 400, its best to the it to the mechanic n take the service manual with you and tell them to do the 30k mile service and you will find out that the only think you would have to change is oil change, transmission fluid...i was present during the whole service and taking it to the dealer, you only giving them money for something they didnt change or need to... so its your car.. just giving you heads up. i spent 150 for my 30k service rather than the dealer price of about 600
good luck

Thank God

I just went over 90,000 km. That is about 56,000 mi.
It is 90% highway so that is a plus.
No service issues except I have developed a squeak in the rear suspension. Only while going over speed bumps. May be a bushing of some sort.

Is yours an 09/10 or 11??? That's too many miles if it is either and sounds more like having an 02/03, I have an 03 that has 173k on it still runs great with no problems.

I got my 2010 Max at the end of March 2010. So just over 8 months ago. I just rolled 12,000 miles last week. I'm putting way too many miles on this baby... I just love it though!!!! I absolutely love driving it. I've gone on a bunch of big trips with her which is why I have so many miles... I really need to stop driving so much so I dont go over miles on my lease, I only got 12k/yr.

here's the big trips I've done...
1. April 2010 - First weekend - NY (Long island) to DC (500 r/t)
2. September 2010 - NY to Niagara Falls (900 r/t)
3. September 2010 - NY to Columbus OH (1200 r/t)
4. October 2010 - NY to Florida (all over) (3500mi. month-long vacation)
5. Christmas/New Years ??????? FL or OH????

Ive got an 09' with 58,000 on it. When I take it in for the 60,000 mile service, I'll have them check for the multiple tsb's that apply. But happy overall so far.

29k miles bought 09 max on may 2009. Way too many miles and spent about $250 on 30k mile maintenance . Now wondering if I should extend my warranty to 100k mi ..
