Rear bumper valance

Has anyone here had the rear bumper valance blacked out, either vinyl or paint, besides the Stillen Maxima?
Any pics?

Ok, no pics yet.... Well, I am going to have my body shop paint the rear valance, between the exhaust tips, HotRod Black. I will post pics tomorrow if it is not raining.

Try searching. I am pretty sure someone at some point (not very helpful I know, my memory isn't what it used to be) has discussed this. You could ask them to see if they may have made some progress on this. I believe it was a vinyl overlay.

I did search. I only found conversation, no pics, except for the Stillen Max. The Stillen Maxima is blacked out above the exhaust tips and pin striped. More than I want. There are pics of a Altima, but it's just not the same. So here is the initial pic of the finished product. It was an ugly day today. May be the sun will be out tomorrow so I can take some better pics. Let me know what ya think.

Edit...Ok, yesterday was nice, so here are some better pics.

That looks sharp. Most mods I don't dig (tinted tail lights, alternate grills), but this is very nice. Looks especially good in contrast to white paint.

I love the fact that it matches your blk roof. Sorry if I missed it but did you paint the rear? or is it a photoshop?

It's painted. The pictures do not do it justice. It's been raining here the last to weeks. I'll get more detailed pics at some point.

That looks really nice. My 08 came already painted from the factory.

I think the 09 comes like that so that maybe in 2011 or 2012, that would be something new on the Maxima. That means, you are thinking ahead of the Nissan designers.
