I got mine as well and took a quick look. For those that received from this same seller and have installed it I just have a few questions?
It doesn't look like the double sided tape is 3m. Any issues so far for anyone?
It came with some kind of tube, I assume it's epoxy. Did anyone use that?
I was thinking of adding a strip of outdoor 3m double sided tape down the middle of the spoiler between the two that are there just for added support. Good idea?

Overall though it really looks great and seems to fit. I say seems because I needed an extra set of hands that I didn't have.

I missed getting mine today because I went out of town. But will get it tomorrow when I get back home from this sudden trip I took.

hamzer11, I think a few that have installed did not have any problems at all. PM kmoney, he is really goo at giving promp and good responses. Nobody has had any issue with installation So you should be fine. Kmoney told me the spoiler comes with 3M tape and tube. But he never had to use the tube as the 3M tape workd perfect.

If my memory does not fail me, that is what I learnt. But PM him for better clarification.

I think the small tube is glue promoter.you should use this on the glass to.ensure it sets the glue.in the tape.its the same.stuff that you use.to install those wood grain or.carbon fiber dash lit overlays.
I just got mine but only took a quick peek.it look spot on with the black color roof.
I kinda miss not using the original white version that i sold to a member here.bope he likes it also.

Halcro1, that color is BW9. That is a A34 (6thgen). As for color match, every single person that bought the spoiler from Taiwan so far has said color match is excellent. As for fitment, you do have to curve it a little when installing and all people who have it on their cars say it fits perfect. Now, if you wanted to buy one, be confident, it fits. Just PM some members here if you are still worried.

well.. i am the second person to buy this roof wing from this seller and its been 4months now and no issues. the 3m sided tape that came with it is all you need for the install and i didn't use the glue because it wasn't needed.
the best and easy way to install the roof wing is as follows:

1. clean the area properly with the alcohol pad
2. cut the middle of the 3m tap (top and bottom). when i said cut, i mean the red part and bring it out a little. dong that when u remove small part of the 3m tape on each ends, you press it on the glass and when the spoiler is properly position, then you pull out the red part u cut n then press it on the glass.
i hope you can understand me and you don't need a second hand if you do it this way..

That is just it. I noticed that the tape on there has a gray covering so I don't think its 3m. That's why I asked the question and am concerned about it staying on. I didn't look at it closely though.

I have been hearing all the good comments about the spoiler, but been waiting for mine to confirm everything. I MUST SAY IT IS A GREAT VALUE FOR WHAT IT COSTS. Color match is unbelievably PERFECT. Quality is really awesome. Fitment looks perfect. Will put mine on maybe tomorrow.

On a scale of 1-10, I give this spoiler a 9/10!!! And I give it 9 only because I cannot think of giving it a 10/10 because there would always be critics.

I'm happy but at the same time disappointed. Looks great, fast shipped to me, and color is perfect but doesnt fit great on the 6 gens perfectly. The edges should taper alittle bit since the roof curves. The gap that is shown in the pics on the sellers listing is still gonna be there. Have others with 6th gens have this prob?

10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Installed it just now. I used the adhesion promoter. It's not an epoxy but a 3m adhesion promoter so it can't hurt. Here are a few cell phone pics. I could only get a few quick shots.

not an imperfection in the wing, but I know it looks like it. fits good and is a perfect match to the glossy top.

I am not fond of mine.the first order i got it in white.fit, color was perfect.but i sold it to a member here since my max is white with the black roof and I didn't like having the wing in white.so i got it now in black and the color is great, the fit is fair, but I don't like how you can see the warps in it when it is on the car.I think it's because it's black and you can see how it was molded and cut more.I am just too picky.over all I am very happy still.

So thanks to all who helped to get this group buy happen.

^ These images are ridiculously big. Why don't they get auto-resized by the forum. Can you please resize them, they don't fit on my screen and I have a relatively big display.

I have the roof spoiler on my white max. didn't paint it..stayed with black. I like the way it looks, but probably would look better painted white.

looks like you butted up on the roof. I molded mine around the glass where it would have a better "sticking power" that would be about 1/4" of the top of the roof. maybe it's just the pic.....

I think it looks okay...it's b/c i don't like the stock spoiler 2 much...i still have to debadge the "maxima" emblem and maybe the "nissan" emblem as well

i kinda want a spoiler that's similar to the genesis coupe spoiler but not too sporty (i like a small gap in between the spoiler and the trunk...like the 98 maxima)

don't like the way your not getting a uniform gap where the spoiler meets the roof.looks like a domestic the way the gap thins in the middle and out on the ends.bugs me too much to do it on mine, but other than that they do add to the looks!!!or do most fit with no gap issues????

It is a good thing we all like our spoilers. If you want to, rate the spoiler installed on your ride on a scale of 1-10. A few have already given it 10/10. If you have it installed, give your own personal score on this scale.

I will post pics of mine installed when I wash my car. Like I said, I give my own 9/10 and I am very satisfied.

Just to let you guys know, if you were part of the getting together and buying from this seller, seller emailed me asking if any people would like to email him pics of spolier installed. Maybe he wants to use it on his listing. I don't know. If you are happy, and don't mind seller having pics of your car and also wishes for seller to see pics of your spoiler installed, PM me and I will send you my email so you can email your pics to me and I will forward them to seller.

8...would give it a 9 if I had it painted. Is it possible to paint these once they've been installed?
