Looking for some ideas on an affordable big brake upgrade

Hi,

I would like to do a big brake upgrade, but don't know squat about the options out there.

How are the AP Racing 4-Piston Big Brake Kits offered on the Stillen website for about $3,600?

Any other ideas? I would like to keep it no more than 4k.

Thanks in advance!

If I were to do a big brake upgrade I probably do Stop-Tech but I like the idea of making some brackets and using some Akebono calipers and some 14" front routers and some 13.8 rear rotors. They sell a kit for other cars for around 2400.

I do find that our stock brakes are kind of lacking I have had to do a few emergency stops and wasn't all that confident in them.

Good luck with it.

here's my pm's with them through ebay.

Hi, will these fit on a 2009-2010 nissan maxima?

We are not sure if they will as we have never tried them. If you can send us your vin# we can check to see if the spindle is the same part number and we can go from there. Let us know, thanks!

hi the spindle and hub are different. the bbk wil not work on your car.
