How does the 7th gen stack up to a BMW 3 series? And if you don't mind me asking, why did you switch?

Don't get me wrong, I love my Maxima and wouldn't trade it for anything that's in the same price range, but i'm just curious.

Oh and welcome back!

I personally think that the 3 series has better track control and performance. In terms of the HP< as you know the 7th gen has more however when i punched the 3 series the nose dropped so as to give me better control, the 7th Gen seems to swirve in the front end. (need a strut bar) BTW I got rid of it because of the need for more room.. per my wife.. lol.

Sounds like similar reasons as to why I got rid of my Evo. LOL

I have to agree with you on the handling, i'm less than impressed as well. I came from an all out handling machine though, so I expected the loss. I'm actually planning on adding the Racingline sway bars so hopefully that will help. I also think some better tires are in order.
