It's listed for $149, is that best price I can get it for?

It usually takes them some time to respond back to you for w.e. reason. I don't believe that their products are available anywhere else except on the web site unfortunately.

Is it worth just getting a rear sway bar only. ( I don't want to change springs just yet) but will notice much difference with just a rsb ?

If you're planning on doing the Eibach prokit i'd go ahead and do it before their MIR ends this month. It's only $20, but hey.. $20 is $20 heh.
