Need help with LED install!!!

Ok so part of the LED lights that I ordered came in yesterday, the rest are on backorder. Anyways, so I get them and since these are the metal coiled ones from autolumination install them in my license plate. So my girl comes home today and tells me that one of the lights is out. Im pissed i waited 2 weeks for these light and only 2 of them came in and now one blows out, wth! so i go out there and pull it out and try to put it back in. Then I notice the other one goes out, Im like WTF! so I grab the old lights and plug those in and no luck there either. I dont know what to do, can somebody help me out, please!!! I need these back asap!

I def thought I ordered the right bulbs they were T10 superstar bulbs with the heat sink super white 194 bulbs. So know the lights around the control panel r out as well, I'm heated right now I took off the fuse panel lid to see what fuse it was but I cannot tell! Gonna look at it again this morning then if i can't figure it out take it to the dealer, I'm pissed!

I tried switching the clearance fuse with no luck, so Im going to the dealer at 1:30. I also flippin lost the spare fuse tryin to put it back in the space. Damn big hands cant fit in that lil compartment no its forever lost in the car somewhere since I couldnt see it i think it fell down into the trim panel, smh!!

Did you check the Tail Lamp fuse? I would just check that whole row to be sure. Good luck.
