It looks mostly complete. I couldnt find what it was missing but if it is you should be able to it get fairly easy, but I have no experience w 7 gen..mines a 6th.

I have that intake, I like it. Although that auction says it could be missing screws/parts and that's pretty vague.

it says at the top its for parts only not a complete system

Really? Wow that is great to hear, awesome find by the OP. I was afraid it'd be missing something critical like the heat shield. Overall I like mine too, I feel like I lost a little low end power but gained some from 40-90. Love the sound too.
