Fixed Rattle Issue

So I have had this Rattle in the center overhead of the car (where the pouch for the glasses is). Since i lowered the car it obviously got worse. I had a similiar issue in my 03 altima back in the day and nissan came out with a tsb for it. So for people with sunroofs, right where the cut out for the sunroof is you can stick your hand in between the headliner and the metal of the roof. I was doing that to see if i can feel out what's rattling to no avail. One day i did that while driving and while my hand was in there the rattle stopped. So what did i do.....I went and baught a sponge...lol..and stuffed it in there... BOOM no more rattle.. Beyond funny how long i've been living with that and how much different the car feels when there's no RATTLES. Thought I should share a funny moment I had.

As I was reading your post, I thought the conclusion was going to be to remove a pair of sunglasses from the holder. I had that happen to me on my 6th gen. Glad you found the rattle. Rattles drive me crazy too.

I've actually got the same issue, though I'd still like to use the holder. I lined it with black foam. The glasses don't touch any plastic. Rattle still exists. I may try your trick just to isolate it to that area.
