First Day on the Job

Today was my first day in the real world after graduating college. Didn't realize I had a crazy static hair situation goin on, but found out it's because on the dual panel sunroof when you close the shade it causes crazy static. Anyone else notice this? Anyways we went to a job site but it was pouring rain. So currently my boss is in his car and I'm in mine, we've been sitting like this for hours. I remember I left "The Transporter" in the glove box and popped it in the max. I don't know what I'd do without this car because boy has the time flew! Gotta love DVD playback!!

Day Two: pouring rain again! Looks like in gonna be spending a lot of time in the max getting to know her. Does anyone know how to make it so the ACC doesn't automatically shut off every 15-20 minutes?

I don't think it can be disabled; it's to prevent you from draining your battery.

Yeah I definitely understand it's purpose and why they made it like that. But my battery has had great performance (hours of movie watching and then turns over just fine). It's just annoying when I have to keep turning it on every 20 minutes or so because it does the auto shut off. I understand it's to prevent the battery from dying, but that's a risk I'm willing to take. I gotta assume there's some module that moderates that and is shutting it off or there's some cable I can tamper with.

static

The static problem seemed to disappear after about a week. Had great fun with it while it lasted!
