No drill front license plate bracket?

Hey I had my 09 maxima for almost a year now and bought the vehicle without a front license plate. I haven't been pulled over yet, but I'm in Cali and know it'll come sooner or later. I don't want to drill holes in my bumper and was wondering if any of you all have any no drill brackets installed on your car?

I have one of these on my show car, they work nice. I was looking at installing one on mine, and like said above, if you're lowered the chances of it being ripped off are high. You could always be creative and mount this in the lower fascia/grill where it will flip up into the same spot where the licence plate mount would go.
Other than a about an inch of the bracket that needs to be sticking out, to allow for the plate to swing up... I think it would be worth the attempt to keep the front of the car clean.

I think most dealerships in a state that requires front license plates should be able to install a no-drill front bumper license plate bracket for you. I bought my maxima in Michigan (doesn't require a front license plate) and I live in Illinois (requires a front license plate). I went to a Nissan dealership in Illinois and got it installed for 20 something dollars.

i bought my maxima on thursday 10-27-2011. they drilled my plate frame into the bumper, i removed it and put plastic tabs in the two holes. i relocated the plate to the bottom portion of the bumper and siimply used zip ties to hold it in place. its a quick easy fix. the plate frame would eventually scratch the bumpers paint and leave marks after time but luckily i removed it within days of my purchase.
