To Lamin-X or not to Lamin-X

Hello all,

I am having difficulty deciding what I should do. Ultimately, I know that I will be the one making the final decision, but I thought it would be interesting to see what you guys thought. Should I leave on the Lamin-x covers/tints from the head lights and fogs or should I remove them? I like the look with and without, I am just not sure which route to go. I am leaning towards removing it, so my vote will be without (btw, I am definitely not removing the tails).

Ive never been a fan of tinted headlights, thats why I got the 2011 Headlights, U get a nice smoked apperance. I think it loooks kinda odd when the entire housing is that dark.

If you do any amount of driving at night, I'd remove the headlight tint. Looks great during the day, but impaired vision at night is not worth looking cool. Just my two cents!

remove the ones on the fogs unless u want a burnt mark right in the center...i think the headlights look good and i don't think that they leave burn marks

Definitely going to remove the fog covers...I noticed a slight discoloration in the center. Didn't realize how freaking hot the fogs get. Burnt my finger when I touched it.

I used clear laminx on my fogs and am very happy to have the protection from stones. I have enough laminx to make several sets when and if they discolor.

That's what I did on my car. Headlight & Taillights should not be tinted IMO for safety reasons. Good way for your cool looking car to get totalled.
