I believe I've read somewhere on here that someone has used it. Also one thing to look into is the OSIRUS from UpRev.

Some folks here have used the Bully Dog tuner before and really didn't see much gain at all. If I remember correctly, it can only advance the timing +2 degrees, remove the top speed governor and allow the engine to spin a few more hundred revs.

You're right about the Osiris software tuning though. This is what most guys use on their G's and Z's when doing a dyno tune.

I see you've been spending time at Hills, good things. A lot of orgers hang there, can't beat them for knowledge.

Haha yeah man, know a lot of folks with 370's who have had their tune done by Frank over there and had nothing but positive reviews about their work. Even one with a GTM Stage 1 SC kit on his 370 roadster. Thing sounds like a damn jet turbine at full boost lol.

UpRev is who made the file for my car. I'm supposed to tune this month, but I'm hesitant if I'm getting rid of the car. That's why I was attempting to pay it forward. I'm feeling like I should just go ahead and tune anyway... we'll see

Did they send you the file directly or to the tuner?

They sent it to the tuner, Forged Performance. Apparently a bunch of people had a good Christmas! I had talked to them in December shortly after he got the file from UpRev. They were thinking we could tune mid-January. I knew there was a possibility of getting rid of the Maxima, so I put off making an appointment. I called yesterday to go ahead with the tune, and January and part of February is already booked!!! Sharif is going to be out of the country tuning for a couple of weeks after that, so I'm on the books for Tuesday, March 13th @ 11:00am

Yeah, Sharif is in Dubai doing some tuning there.

Good luck and keep us posted. Nice to see somebody actually take a step forward.

Guessing this would void the extended CVT warranty (or any factory warranty)?

No but I was the first to have the original Bullydog chip and it really didn't net all that much in the gains department.

It raised the revs by 200RPM, remove the Top Speed limiter (you can max out to 180, not that the car can do that much with Turbo/boosting and boatload of mods) and advance the timing by 2 degrees.

I hardly think BD is worth the money, save it and buy an intake or an exhaust set up if you're looking for higher gains for the money.
