370z Stock brakes are direct bolt ons for the 7th gen max, and 6th gen SS brake lines will also work.
I got this from a member on a different forum, he has pictures but I need his permission before I post them.

So far I have only found them individually, looking for a place that sells them as a set with rotors and pads.

Does it fit with the back spacing of the wheels on the 18" rims? I know this is an issue when upgrading to the real big brake kits, from Wilwood for example. Sure the 370Z/G37 kits will bolt right up on the Maxima, but they will not clear a stock wheel when you go to put that back on.

this is on my list of mods to do, according to this previous thread 15mm spacers and the BBK should fit with the stock 18/19 wheels, which Im happy to hear cause Im not a fan of aftermarket wheels, if I do change wheels then rays19

Actually the stock 18" 370Z base wheels will fit over the Sport model's BBK. I have two friends with the 40th anniversary Akebono's on their base 370's. Now, the stock Maxima 18's won't fit over the same BBK due to the different offset. Stock SV Sport 19's will fit over the Akebono BBK as long as you're running a 10-15mm wheel spacer on the front.
^ ok I thought you were refering to the max 18s, it just wont clear the caliper period. unless your doing custom work.
Not sure how ur friend got the 18s to fit as its tight as hell with the 19s on it. Unless they custom fitted the calipers to fit the stock 12" rotors on the base. I know with the 14" rotors and brembos 18's are too small.

What exactly is Akebono? From what I saw they only offered like OEM stuff, no? I guess, technically, the Brembos/etc are 'OEM', though. I just put all new brakes on the car, but dying to do wheels/coilovers/BBK right now :-)
Sorry, I should have clarified a bit better. You can definitely put the 14" rotor and Akebono 4-pot system on the front of the A35 with the stock 19's and a 15mm spacer and it'll fit just fine. The overall diameter isn't the issue, its the clearance between the back of the wheel spokes and the face of the larger caliper that poses the problem. With a 15mm spacer, you'll have about 3mm of clearance between the 4-pot caliper and the rim. More than enough space

Exactly. Nissan only uses Brembo's on the GTR now. Last model year Z's and G's to use the Brembo's were back in 2008 on the Rev-up 3.5's. Nissan switched to Akebono in 2009 for the new 370/G37 sport models.
The G37 Sports brakes (Akebono) will also work and this guy is selling a set.
