So I had the rear spolier added to my wife's new 2012 Maxima SV. I wanted the rear 3rd brake light removed so they ordered a block off plate for the rear deck to cover uo the whole. I noticed it has 3 tabs that slide under the deck, but the cover keeps working itself loose.
Any suggestions? The block off plate has the same fabrick as the rear deck itself in black. Wondering if I should use some velcro or two sided tape under the plate so it won't slide off? Or should I just get a couple of same black self tapping screws an screw into the back deck?
going to wait and have the windows tinted before I go for the permanent fix so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
