maxima Exhaust

My exhaust pipe is a little rusty is there any paint or anything to restore it so it can look better?

Buy some High Temp. paint and paint the exhaust. You can either go Silver or Black. It stands up pretty well. I usually do the exhaust on my cars every Summer season.
