iPhone integration worth conversion

I am a long time Android user and a new 09 Maxima owner... is the iPhone integration worth converting?

What all can you control? Is it just music/podcasts on your iPhone or can you also control music apps like Slacker, Pandora, or iHeart Radio?

I write programs for a living, I love androids, but the integration is not only worth it, but it simplifies everything. You can control everything from the wheel. Pandora and all the other apps that play music including sound cloud and you tube, will integrate once the app is opened on the phone. For example, with Pandora, you can choose your station from your phone, then you can change songs from the control. Not a complete integration, but I guess its safer to have an iPhone than an android.Hope this helps.

Get an Ipod touch and just keep it in your car... That works for me cause I don't like apple! :@(

Ummm my android phone can be controlled from the steering wheel controls (I have bluetooth streaming) and when I have pandora or slacker radio on I can skip tracks using the controls as well.

So if you don't have bluetooth streaming in your max then you should look into to upgrading, not converting. ANDROID FO LYFE!

Thanks for the responses. The '09's do not support audio streaming over Bluetooth, just phone (yea that does suck!). Yea I do not care for Apple at all, and love Android. I'll probably continue with connecting my phone via the aux connectors for now. Picking up an iPod Touch might be an idea though...
