Electrical issues. Help

K so I've been having problems with some of my electrical systems.

The other day my system froze up when switching between songs on the iPod, I also have been having to hit the preset buttons more than once for the last few days. I have also posted how my tilt down mirrors have been acting up. And for some strange reason my car turned of the honk when locked with the fob. Wtf is goi g on. Is my electrical system shutting down or is this just part of the end of the world?

Mice or a low battery? Have you replaced the battery? Put distilled water in the OEM battery (its not maintenance free). Have you had any signs of taking a little longer to start? The battery is an easy fix (Sears or others will test it). Any codes from the OBCII? (Advanced Auto will check the codes for free). Mice are a disaster as once they start peeing on the wires any other male mice will eat the insulation off so he can mark the territory an it just snowballs from there, so hopefully your not having that problem!
Weak batter is a good start.

I am going with Lemonhawk on this one. It doesn't happen often, but there have been times a new battery does go south rather quickly, or you have one of the first reported alternator issues. I experienced all the above until I replaced my battery so it sure seems "charging system" related.

The 'honk' when you lock your car with the fob can be turned on or off. Are you sure you didn't turn it off by accident?
