Remote Battery?

Just this morning, this came up... The remote battery is dead I suppose right? How do I open this thing, and what battery type should I use ?

Pop it open and replace it. There may even be a link in the stickies. Either way, quite simple and common battery.

Don't go cheap, get a name brand not a store brand.

i grabbed a duracell when mine died. if you want to make it last longer then use the door lock button on your door handle instead of your keyfob

I almost always use the button on the door. Not because it saves battery (just realized it does!), but because it's actually more convenient.

Second that! I love being able to leave my keys in my pocket and not have to worry about where I left them!

I'm a salesman and get in and out of my car 30-40+ times a day. Gotta love the lock/unlock on the door. Never really thought about it saving fob battery life though.
