R2C intake and racingline strut brace

Im looking to ordering the racingline strut brace and the R2C intake for my max, but i notice the intake will he in the way of the strut brace. Just wondering if anyone has modded the heat shield for the intake to get it to both fit?
Also any CEL errors occur with this intake?

Thanks ahead of time guys!

Cheers!

yeah you will need to cut the heat shield for the strut bar to fit, get some tinsnips cause depending on what strut bar you have you may need to cut some of the metal shield out of the way.

no reporting CEL's for R2C that ive heard of
